If you notice any unusual browning in your lawn please call our office so we can check it for you to determine if it needs a Special Treatment. This is also a good time to core aerate your lawn as well which helps to build and develop a healthy root zone.
Round 4 & 5 To help all warm season lawns maintain their color and growth, we apply another liquid controlled release fertilizer and micronutrients. Broadleaf weed controls are applied as needed. Proper mowing and watering are the keys to maintaining a green healthy lawn during this time of season. St. Augustine lawns are susceptible to Chinch Bug infestation during the months of May through August. If you notice any yellowing in your lawn please call our office so we can determine if your lawn requires a special treatment.
Round 6 This application consists of pre-emergent weed controls to prevent fall and winter weeds. We also apply fertilization products to improve root zone development and help retain turf color.
Round 7 Our last application of the year is post-emergent weed controls for any winter weeds. Winter fertilization is also applied to improve root zone development. This treatment is also designed to help minimize the possibility of winter injury.
